“We were able to feel like the investment we were making, which is significant, was worth it”
I wanted to let you know how helpful Bess Antonakis was in our decision to purchase a Tempur-Pedic. We have always had a traditional mattress and had done extensive research in various retail stores and on-line to determine if Tempurpedic was right for us. However, we were having a hard time getting to what the right selection might be for us and the people we spoke to at furniture stores seem to have limited knowledge on the complete line as well as a limited selection. And they seemed to be pushing one over another without any real rationale.
We decided to visit the Natick showroom and Bess spent time with us to provide an overview on the entire line. Then, through thoughtful discussion and sampling, we were able to select the Tempur Flex Supreme Split King with the Tempur Ergo Plus Base. And, we were able to feel like the investment we were making, which is significant, was worth it. Bess also gave us her cell and told us to give her a call with any questions and her follow up on the questions we had was prompt and informed.
I just wanted to pass this information along. Bess' knowledge of the product line, her professional and friendly manner, and her follow up helped us enter the Tempurpedic world -- which is where we wanted to be but up until meeting with Bess, we couldn't get there.

I wanted you to know what a great experience I have had buying mattresses from Bess at the Natick store. She has been incredibly helpful, patient and flexible. She answered all of my many questions, some by email during non working hours, and took my final order over the phone when I was home with sick kids. The process was simple and easy thanks to her!

I wanted to provide feedback on my tempurpedic bed purchase experience at your Natick, Massachusetts store. We were favorably impressed by the store itself but even more by the staff, and decided to buy a split king adjustable bed. JB Hunt tried to deliver it but the delivery team suggested that this bed would not fit into our bed frame, and so we rejected the bed. We contacted Charles Harwood, the manager of your Natick store, and he went out of his way to drive to our home (which is not close to Natick) on his day off work to look at our bed frame and determined that the tempurpedic bed we selected would actually fit. We thus rescheduled delivery, and the bed arrived today, fitting well into our king bed frame. Charles actually called this evening to follow up on the delivery and our satisfaction, and I must say I could not be more pleased.
I would like to give my compliments on having such dedicated staff such as Charles, who obviously loves his job and goes that extra mile for his customers.

My husband Bill and I along with a friend of ours had the pleasure of meeting Matt Marcus yesterday at the Tempurpedic store in the Natick Mall. We went there to try out mattresses hoping to find one we liked for us to sleep on at our daughter's condo in LA. To be honest I was planning on looking there and then purchasing the one we liked from Bloomingdales. After meeting Matt I knew that was not going to happen. He is such a nice young man as well as being very knowledgeable and patient. We sampled several mattresses and asked many questions! Matt really knows your product. Because of him we purchased a mattress and foundation with the protective cover and two pillows. With Matt’s help we felt very comfortable with the choices we made. Matt really is an asset to your company and an outstanding young man.

I requested your email address from our salesperson so that I could write you a note and let you know that Ms. Antonakis was significantly responsible for our purchase yesterday. Both my wife and I were very pleased with the knowledge and service she provided and without that level of support, we would not have purchased the mattress at this time. Ms. Antonakis's style was comfortable and made us feel that our investment was the right one to make. We appreciated her patience through the process.
