Love this pillow! When I first received this I thought it was too firm upon touching it. I didn't use it for a bit but finally had to one day when I forgot my pillow somewhere. It was amazing! It's firm to the touch but once you lay on it, the pillow cradles your head perfectly. I always had to sleep with my hands supporting my head before, now that's no longer a problem! Highly recommend this pillow!

My wife replaced an older neck pillow with this one. She loves that this one has cooling. Her only complaint is that it was not available in a queen size.
