Mattresses
We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress—after all, 95% of owners are satisfied with their Tempur-Pedic mattress.± We want you to be confident, so we offer our 90 Night Tryout. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 90 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us at 800-821-6621. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, and refund your money, less shipping charges. After your first 90 Nights, you can sleep soundly knowing you’re protected from product defects by our 10 Year Limited Warranty on mattresses.
Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease, TEMPUR-Ergo and Tempur-Extend Power Bases
While we do not accept returns on Foundations, TEMPUR-Ease, TEMPUR-Ergo and TEMPUR-Extend power bases, we stand by their quality with compelling warranties. TEMPUR-Ease, TEMPUR-Ergo and TEMPUR-Extend power bases have a 3-year full parts and labor warranty with a 25-year limited warranty on the frame. If you experience problems with your power base, call us 800-821-6621 to talk to the Tempur-Pedic specialists at the manufacturer. They can help, whether it’s a simple question or a warranty-related issue.
Pillows
Given their use as a personal item, opened pillows may not be returned. We accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery, there is a product defect, or if the item is an unopened pillow(s) within the first 30 days after delivery. All unopened pillows that are returned are inspected. We reserve the right to refuse returns and make the final determination regarding our return policy. We are not responsible for damages or loss of item(s) occurring during return delivery. Unauthorized returns may result in your item being discarded and your refund being canceled with no credit given.
Unopened Pillow Return Requirements:
- Pillow(s) must be unopened and sealed inside their original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within the first 30 days after delivery.
- You must be the original purchaser to initiate the return request.
- You agree to the $18 shipping and handling fee.
Refund Information:
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- An $18 return shipping and handling fee will apply.
- If you choose to return only one pillow from a BOGO or Bundle promotion, the refund amount is calculated by the total purchase price divided by two.
- Pillows received free during Gift with Purchase promotions are not eligible to be returned.
- If the provided return label expires before use, we can issue a replacement label as a one-time courtesy.
Please note: Returns will be processed and inspected within 3-5 business days of receipt at our facilities.
Bed Linens, Bed Frames, Mattress Toppers, Slippers, Travel & Home Products
Given the personal nature of these products, we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. Each of our products carries a warranty to protect your investment.
Retail Store Purchases
If you bought your Tempur-Pedic product from a retail store that carries our products, your purchase is subject to the return and exchange policies of that retailer.
