It’s a good thing that this wasn’t returnable to begin with because my cat found and destroyed it within half an hour. It’s still holding the bed and is a sturdy foundation, but apparently it is irresistible to feline members of the family.

The bed is very cold and comfortable.
The splt king always slides apart we. BOught the base in hopes it would help... It's better but didn't fix the prob

Nice to watch tv or when your sick be sitting up sometimes. Also good for feet if need elevation.
Tempur-pedic mattress is the best!

We loved our old tempur-pedic mattress that was 22 years old. We ordered another mattress that needed a new base. We are in the process of returning our new mattress for a firmer one. There is no mattress that can even measure up to temper-pedic mattress and proper base. We are anxiously waiting for the new one to arrive.
So far, so good.
